Fastpitch Softball Spring/Summer Season
We were excited to have recently re-introduced Little League softball to Whitefish Bay. Last year (2025) we formed multiple teams within Whitefish Bay that played a regular season against each other at Craig Counsel Park. During our inaugural year we were able to field 2 Minors level (3rd-4th Grade) teams.
This year (2026) we are excited to announce that we are adding a pilot Softball Pee Wee division!
Pee Wees Softball will operate in the same manner as Pee Wees Baseball, with parent volunteer coaches, players in K5 through 2nd grade, a regular season followed by a playoff tournament, evaluations & draft process to maximize competitive balance, and a pitching machine to ensure consistent strikes and keep the games moving at a fun and exciting pace. That said, the Board will also kindly ask for everybody’s patience as we pilot this concept, as in some ways we will “learn as we go.” For example, the number of teams and total games will be finalized once we know how many girls register.
Registration, evaluations, and regular season for all of Softball will coincide with our baseball Spring/Summer Season.

Challenger Division - Spring/Summer Season
The Challenger division was established in 1989 as Little League's adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges, ages 4-18, or up to age 22 if still enrolled in high school, to enjoy the game of baseball.
Whitefish Bay Little League's team, the Bats, play a regular season and an All Star game against other athletes from the Challenger Divisions in Menomonee Falls, Grafton and Germantown Little Leagues.
Volunteers that are in seventh grade or above can participate as "Player Buddies". Each Player Buddy will work with a player on hitting, fielding, running the bases and enjoyment of the game. The Player Buddy also assists the Challenger athlete according to his/her needs and protects the player. Player Buddies encourage the athlete to participate, celebrate their success and have fun with the player and team. Please direct any questions about our Challenger program to [email protected].
Baseball Fall Ball Season
Fall Ball – Baseball for Players Entering Grades 1 through 6
The Fall Ball program provides an abbreviated fall season for those looking for an additional baseball opportunity or an introduction to the game with weekly games and limited organized practice obligations. The Fall Ball program is divided into three divisions based on grade level with 1st and 2nd grade students in Pee Wees, 3rd and 4th grade students in Minors, and 5th and 6th grade students in Majors. Please direct any questions about Fall Ball to [email protected].

Tee Ball
Tee Ball is offered through the Whitefish Bay Recreation Department, not Whitefish Bay Little League. It is a co-ed league focusing on developing basic fundamentals in a less competitive atmosphere. Emphasis is on skill development, sportsmanship and fun. Teams are parent coached and offered to players in K4 and K5. Registration takes place in the spring and information can be found in the WFB Rec. Dept. Summer guide available HERE.
